1.2 Xpress operates a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent laundry service providers ("Vendors") and facilitates logistics and delivery services.
1.3 By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA), Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), and other relevant Nigerian laws governing online services and consumer protection.
1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
3.1 Xpress is not a laundry service provider. Vendors are independent businesses responsible for their laundry services.

4.1 Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering binding contracts under Nigerian law.

8.1 Xpress facilitates delivery using internal or third-party logistics partners.
8.2 While reasonable care is taken, Xpress does not guarantee uninterrupted or delay-free delivery.
8.3 In the event of loss or damage during delivery: Liability (if any) shall be limited to the declared value of the item or a maximum cap communicated at checkout.
