1.1These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Birdview XpressDrop website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).
1.2XpressDrop operates a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent laundry service providers (“Vendors”) and facilitates logistics and delivery services.
1.3By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA), Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), and other relevant Nigerian laws governing online services and consumer protection.
1.4If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

a.“XpressDrop” refers to the platform operator.
b.“User” refers to customers using the Platform.
c.“Vendor” refers to independent laundry service providers listed on the Platform.
d.“Services” refers to laundry and delivery services requested through the Platform.
3.1XpressDrop is not a laundry service provider. Vendors are independent businesses responsible for their laundry services.
3.2XpressDrop does not control, manage, or supervise Vendor operations, pricing decisions, or service quality.
3.3XpressDrop facilitates:
3.4XpressDrop operates as a platform that connects users to independent laundry service providers (Vendors). XpressDrop Logistics is not directly involved in providing laundry services and is not liable for the quality, handling, or service of the Vendor’s laundry services. However, XpressDrop Logistics reserves the right to mediate disputes or enforce vendor compliance when necessary to ensure consumer satisfaction.
4.1Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering binding contracts under Nigerian law.
4.2To create an account, Users must provide accurate personal and contact information.
4.3Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
4.4XpressDrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
5.1Orders placed through the Platform are transmitted to selected Vendors.
5.2Vendors are solely responsible for:
5.3Delivery timelines provided are estimated, not guaranteed.
5.4Users are advised to inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
Users must not submit:
Items prohibited under Nigerian law XpressDrop and Vendors are not liable for loss or damage of prohibited items.
7.1Prices are determined by Vendors and displayed before checkout.
7.2Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment processors.
7.3XpressDrop does not store card or bank details.
7.4Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Vendor’s refund policies, but consumers are entitled to a refund under Nigerian law if services are not provided as promised. In cases where a refund is required, Xpress Logistics will facilitate the process in accordance with the Vendor’s policy and Nigerian consumer protection laws.
8.1XpressDrop facilitates delivery using internal or third-party logistics partners.
8.2While reasonable care is taken, Xpress does not guarantee uninterrupted or delay-free delivery.
8.3In the event of loss or damage during delivery:
Liability (if any) shall be limited to the declared value of the item or a maximum cap communicated at checkout.
9.1XpressDrop shall not be liable for:

9.3Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
XpressDrop shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the Platform belong to XpressDrop or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
XpressDrop may suspend or terminate access for:
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of Vendors or staff
Violation of these Terms
13.1These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
13.2Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before litigation.
13.3Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
